Laissez-Passer |

A "laissez-passer"
is a travel document which the Embassy
will issue to those holding a passport
not valid in Brazil/issued by a
Government not recognized by the
Brazilian Government, and who have
requested an entry visa to Brazil. |

and duly signed (parents
must sign for those
under 18 years old) |

I.D. type photographs
of applicant, showing
entire face (must be
front view) in white
background. Overall
size of the picture
must be at least 40
mm (1 9/6 inches) by
35 mm (1 3/8 inches) |

KD12.000 fee payment
(exact cash and money
order is accepted, payable
to the Embassy of Brazil) |
